    • Two things I didn’t put together until my list this week:

      1) ‘Sweet Loaf’ by the Butthole Surfers doesn’t just play on the Sabbath song title, but also rips off the riff (and acid-washes it, of course)

      2) ‘Snowblind’ is a Sabbath cover (thus the ‘Osbournes’ connection)

      These things seem obvious now.

  4. OK, so this has dragged on a little longer than I thought it would. Essentially got into the habit of not writing/posting and now it has gotten out of hand.

I’m going to try to get some things together this weekend, see if I can get back in the swing of things next week.

No promises, but I have good intentions.
